Johannes Brahms made an enormous contribution to the art of music, its evolution, and especially to chamber music. In this all-Brahms program, "Voices of Longing," pianist Shai Wosner performs two selections from his late piano music which Brahms' biographer, William Murdoch says serves as the "the mirror of his soul." Then, pianist Wu Han; violinist Daniel Hope; violist Paul Neubauer, and cellist David Finckel perform the famous Piano Quartet in G minor, Op. 25.
